With the development of science and technology,economic globalization has accelerated,Internet financial pressures from foreign A new force suddenly rises.,in the banking and finance industry,the generalization of the,China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks struggling.Salary incentive as a part of the governance structure of commercial banks in the indivisible,through scientific design can fully mobilize the staff to work actively thus,to enhance the profitability of banks.Although the efforts of China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks to reasonable compensation design for a period of time to explore,such as the implementation of ESOP,but restricted by various conditions,the effect is not significant,compared to western developed countries,there are still many Not enough.The one of Hunan local commercial banks through the analysis of salary incentive,salary incentive with bank performance,relationship between business scale and business risks,to China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank salary incentive design for reference.As to the small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank salary incentive has a more in-depth study,this paper mainly discusses from six parts: the first part is to study the background and significance of the research are briefly introduced and reviewed the domestic and foreign relevant research in the past,and on the basis of the research content,method and framework are discussed;secondly,this paperexpounds the related concepts,and introduces the related theory of motivation,as expectation theory,stakeholder theory;then,on China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank development situation are introduced,the characteristics and importance of salary incentive is discussed,in-depth analysis of the bank staff to The status of executive compensation and incentive,points out the deficiencies and on this basis.Fourth,a local bank in Hunan as an example,based on the brief introduction on the salary incentive from the three aspects of the main form,tracing and compensation changes analysis of the current development,and through data analysis,using correlation analysis analysis and regression of the bank incentive compensation and bank performance,the relationship between the scale of operation and risk management among the three;fifth,on the basis of the salary incentive experience of western developed countries,put forward some suggestions from two aspects of internal and external environment of incentive on China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank salary At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the research of this paper,and discusses the shortcomings of this paper,and prospects the future research.
