Along with the changes of the external environment and the uncertainty of the enterprise competition intensifies,staff requirements are no longer limited in responsibilities,also asked the staff to take more responsibility,and can take the initiative to face and initiative in finding solutions for enterprises facing challenges.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of high commitment human resource management system on employee initiative,to effectively find out the relationship between the two,and to improve the initiative by improving the high commitment human resources management system.Based on the literature review and summarization of high commitment human resource practice and employee's active behavior,this paper adopts the domestic and foreign mature measurement scale to carry out questionnaire design and investigation.The research object is mainly the employees of Hunan A Bank,396 questionnaires in the banking sector,of which 356 were valid questionnaires and 90%effective questionnaires.Based on the collected data,the reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of questionnaire were carried out by SPSS statistical software of social science research,and the correlation between the two was systematically studied.The role of trust in the management of the role of the width of the wide,intrinsic incentive and care about the organizational atmosphere of the regulatory role.And finally concluded as follows:high commitment to human resources practice has a significant positive correlation with employee initiative;high commitment to human resources system and the role of width efficiency is positively related;high commitment to human resources system and internal incentives are positively related;high commitment to human resources system and concerned about the organizational atmosphere is positively related;the relationship between the management of high-commitment human resource management system and the role of the width of the relationship between the sense of efficiency;the relationship between management trust and high commitment to human resource management system and the relationship between the organization concerned about the relationship.This study validates the hypothesis of the relationship between the high commitment human resource practice system and the employee's active behavior,and deeply analyzes its internal mechanism,which not only enriches the research between human resource practice and active behavior,but also extends the role of width effect and concern organization Atmosphere of the research content.At the same time,based on the social exchange theory and the theory of the role of the basic research staff initiative,for the modern enterprise to build high commitment to human resources practice system provides a theoretical guidance and practice direction.The organization can improve the staffs initiative by implementing a high commitment human resource management system,improving the ability of employees to expand their work and human roles,motivating employees' enthusiasm and interest in their work,and building awareness and norms that care about organizational sharing.
