China's economy has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up,Meanwhile,All kinds of enterprises have sprung up,If the enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition,it is necessary to attract excellent talents,Competitive salary is the most important factor to attract talents.Therefore,a set of salary system which is suitable for enterprise development is of decisive significance to human resource management.However,in the development of modern enterprises,the problems encountered,and the compensation system are not reasonable is a common problem in the development of enterprises,how to design a reasonable salary system,the development of an enterprise is very important.This research is to solve the problem of staffturnover in Changsha H Hotel and the new salary system design.H hotel senior leaders to support the author designed a set of high quality,suitable for the development of H Hotel compensation system,And support the author to do a questionnaire survey,analysis and understanding of the existing problems in H Hotel salary system,And based on this analysis,the research work to find the problems in the H Hotel salary system,And according to the results of the investigation,analysis and collation of data,design a set of compensation system for the development of H Hotel system.The article is divided into five parts,The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and main research methods of this paper.The second part is the study of the main concepts and basic theory,mainly on the salary and salary system theory.The third part is the H hotel's compensation system and the existing problems,analysis and discovery of H hotel management problems.The fourth part is the improvement of the H Hotel salary system,according to the problems found in the third part,design a set of compensation system for the development of H hotel.The fifth part is about how to implement the new salary system and how to implement the new salary system in H hotel.In this paper,the H hotel in Changsha as the research object,using the method of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,comparative analysis found that H Hotel salary system problems,Then find out the reasons,through the improvement of the H hotel's compensation system,so that the improved compensation system is more suitable for thedevelopment of H hotel.
