In the 21 st century,as the arrival of " ocean heat ",the development of blue economy has become more and more important in the " shisanwu" planning.Marine tourism become blue new economic growth point.Under the background of the rapid development,island farmhouse tourism become one of the island tourism emerging form.However,because of the island geographical space,seasonal changes,ecological environment badly and tourist demand diversity,island farmhouse tourism has increasingly attract the attention of tourists.To promote rural tourism sustainable development of island,island generated by industrial transformation and upgrading is imperative.At first,this article introduces about island farmhouse tourism related basic theory and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development island farmhouse in Zhoushan.Through the way of questionnaire investigation and data analysis,analyzed the existing problems in the development of rural tourism in Zhoushan.Then expounds the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of farmhouse in Zhoushan.It discusses the ways and counterplan of transformation and upgrading of island farmhouse,showing the process of the transformation and upgrading of rural how to realize the transformation and upgrading exactly and combining with specific cases of Zhoushan.Research results show that: First,there are many factors influencing the Zhoushan islands of transformation and upgrading of rural tourism,but the main factor is traffic,tourism products and industrial scale.Second,through the formation of Zhoushan island tourism industry generated by economies of scale,diversification of product structure,standardized management and market-oriented strategy means,to realize the transformation and upgrading of island in Zhoushan.Third,at the development level of rural tourism about the island tourism in China,transformation and upgrading of Zhoushan island farmhouse tourism research can provide with the demonstration and guidance of the transformation and upgrading of tourism in our country.
