With the rapid growth of China's foreign trade,foreign trade companies play a very important role in economic and social activities.However,due to the major changes in the international market environment,the decline in consumer demand in the international market,foreign trade companies increasingly fierce competition in foreign trade,trade barriers have become increasingly prominent.These problems constantly test the management level of China's foreign trade companies and emergency response capabilities.At the same time,under the guidance of the "going out" strategy of Chinese government,the Chinese foreign trade companies will be the key component to the transformation from "made in China" to "created in China".The comprehensive management level of foreign trade companies directly affects the international brand image and brand influence of Chinese enterprises.Challenges and opportunities coexist,the real situation of foreign trade companies survival.Under the background of the new era,it is the key to improve the comprehensive management level of foreign trade companies,enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises and international influence.The competitiveness of foreign trade companies and improve the management level,rely on the overall quality of cadres and improve the level of performance management.Thus,based on the above background,this paper studies the performance management optimization of SP foreign trade company middle-level cadres has very important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper summarizes the related concepts and literature,with the human resource performance management theory as a guide,comprehensive use of performance test on comments,quality evaluation theory and performance optimization theory,constructs the SP foreign trade company middle-level cadres performance management status evaluation index system,using the method of questionnaire survey,using Excel analysis software,are analyzed.SP company performance management of middle-level management problems and its causes,and based on the analysis results,put forward the optimization strategy: indexsystem optimization,construction process control and implementation of maintenance management.At the same time,from the level of cadres and personnel,management system and corporate culture construction,the performance of SP company after the optimization of the performance management of middle-level cadres were evaluated.
