Middle-level cadres are the backbone of the enterprise development, also is the enterprise goals for implementing the important strategic resources, the enterprise employees at all levels of the group is playing an increasingly important role.In order to help employees improve work performance, and at the same time in order to improve the overall efficiency of enterprises, more and more experts and scholars begin to pay close attention to the study of staff and organization matching theory, explore the influence factors of staff and tissue compatibility, and itself as well as the development of the enterprise for employees to find a new path.Dry- organization match job performance has a very closely linked, greatly affects the employees daily work attitude and working conditions.Middle-level cadres to the company- matching and the influence of job performance, can more scientific and reasonable forecast level of job of the employee’s day to day, in the theoretical support for the enterprise to strengthen the management of employees.Therefore, in this research has great realistic and theoretical significance.This paper is combined with employees on the research of organization matching area have more mature related theory, and using the method of literature search, questionnaire investigation and relevant research method, by TT as the main research object of the company.Rebuild the TT company middle-level cadres to enterprise’s organizational commitment, middle-level cadres to enterprise’s emotional commitment and the loyalty of the middle-level cadres and the various factors related to organizational commitment to model the influence of middle-level cadres and tissue compatibility, made about the theory on the basis of the hypothesis.This article applies the relevant knowledge of the computer software of SPSS, and the test related structures and convergent validity.Through the survey of the relevant data for testing, and select some of these data do factor analysis as the basis of sample.After factor analysis, in all the variables selected three public factor as the related factors that affect organizational commitment, middle-level cadres of organizational commitment, middle-level cadres of emotional commitment and middle-level cadres to enterprise’s loyalty, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing dimension.And through the regression analysis and correlation analysis method, to put forward the assumption of validation and strive to set up.The main structure of the article:The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduced in this paper, the research background, research significance and the main research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is literature review, respectively introduces the staff and the organization match overview;Staff performance reviews;Employee- organization matching relationship with job performance.The third chapter analyzes the TT company’s basic situation, through the way of questionnaire survey to TT company middle-level cadres at present the main problems.Analysis whether match between TT company middle-level cadres and organizations, the discretion of employee performance is to improve the performance of the company.Chapter iv for the empirical study, through literature review and the actual situation of the enterprise, understand the empirical research model of the data and analyze the indicators between whether accord with standard of empirical research.Empirical study on the concept and model of the relationship between the use of appropriate measurement tools, using questionnaire survey method, the corresponding data collection, and on the basis of analysis of each factor in the data, finally empirical research conclusions.Chapter 5 for the research and application, this chapter is mainly the results of previous research are applied to the actual situation, and analyzes the problems that still exist, from the Angle of the enterprise and the Angle of middle-level cadres enterprise management opinions were put forward.As the research conclusion, chapter 6 of the above research results has made the induction and the summary, and analyzes deeply the problems that make outlook for further study on the back.
