Under the trend of economic globalization,the scale and scope in recent years,China's import and export trade expanded rapidly,has become the world's superpower goods trade,the main trade development to the multi-level,this provides a rare opportunity for the development of international business of banks in our country,the importance and development of International business banks have become the consensus.However,with the outbreak of the global financial crisis has profoundly changed the pattern of global economic growth,the overall global economic recovery is weak,China economy into the new normal,international business development bank is facing more intense competition.ADBC is the only agricultural policy bank,the Agricultural Development Bank has also been opened at the beginning of the rapid growth of the business in 2008 the Hunan branch,but in recent years,along with the international economic situation is becoming increasingly complex,inter bank international business competition fierce and policy financial institutions reform plan to reduce a large number of proprietary business,international business volume also fell sharply,the international business customer churn,trade financing risk,the development of international business of Hunan branch of the agricultural developmentinto a bottleneck.This paper first elaborated and summarized the related theory of development strategy,and by providing import credit and under relevant international trade business as an example to Hunan branch office of Hunan YJ group Textile Co.Ltd.,analysis of the actual problems the use of SWOT for the development of international settlement business in Hunan branch and the internal and external strengths and weaknesses analysis,finally,according to the actual situation of Hunan branch and Hunan agricultural development,the paper gives some specific suggestions.
