| Ji’nan metropolitan area consists of seven cities: Ji’nan,Tai’an,Zibo,Laiwu,Liaocheng,Dezhou and Binzhou.Overall,the Ji’nan metropolitan area has a comparative advantage in location,resources,personnel and other aspects,has a very important position in Shandong province and the eastern coastal zone: can be connected to the inside,the radiation of the western Shandong uplift zone and the Shandong peninsula city group,the external docking Beijing,Tianjin and Yangtze River Delta.From each city circle,since the concept of the seven metropolitan city have been developing vigorously,but because of the lack of communication and cooperation,there is a problem of function of competition,industry convergence,repeated construction,making the overall metropolitan area can not play its comparative advantage.Therefore,this paper focuses on the metropolitan area of Ji’nan city from the view of the relationship between the regional economic system under the guidance of the theory of division of labor,based on the theory of the theoretical framework established first division and cooperation between the metropolitan city.Then the city level evaluation method and model to analyze the differences of the city industrial development in Ji’nan city circle seven inter city,and further to find the causes of industrial economic difference,the city flow intensity model of outgoing contact analysis between city.Based on the differences,the outward development,combined with the actual situation of Ji’nan metropolitan area,puts forward the direction of the city seven division from two aspects of industrial city function,city,city of seven proposed further cooperation from the direction of the work of the government,economic development and infrastructure construction.Finally,according to the fine environment of the division of labor and cooperation between cities,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of policy,transportation,science and technology,commerce and trade to promote the division and cooperation among the cities of Ji’nan metropolitan area. |
