The Influencing Factors Research Of Gutian County's Tremella Fuciformis Industry Development In The View Of The Dietary Therapy

Edible fungus as a kind of important agricultural products,its taste delicious,nutrient-rich,and often both therapeutic value has been the attention of people with broad prospects for development.The Gutian County is known as "edible fungus capital of China","Tremella fuciformis Berk.town of China".The T.fuciformis production of Gutian County accounted for more than 90%of the total T.fuciformis production in China.Its industry becomes one of the important economic industries.But with the development of economy and modern agriculture,Gutian County T.fuciformis industry problems gradually appear:the traditional cultivation mode,the backward processing technology,the few dietary products,the narrow consumer market,etc.If these problems were failed to solve,they would affect the development of the T.fuciformis industry and the economics of Gutian County.So it is necessary to broaden the thinking,in-depth analysis of Gutian County T.fuciformis industry problems.In this study,Gutian County T.fuciformis industry was taken as the research object.Then the T.fuciformis price volatility,T.fuciformis production and consumer awareness of the treatment of T.fuciformis food products and willingness to buy were studied by using grey correlation,multivariate regression and binary logistics regression analysis.The main results can be summarized as follows:(1)The price of T.fuciformis,which has tended to stabilize since 2012,has a smaller impact on the industry.(2)In the five influencing factors affecting the total yield of T.fuciformis in Gutian County,the total power of agricultural machinery,pesticides and agricultural plastic film use are great effects on its yield,while the two factors,workers engaged in agriculture,forestry and fishery and rural electricity consumption have little effect.In addition,the total power of agricultural machinery is one of the most critical factors,and it is positively correlated with T.fuciformis production.(3)There are 71.7%of consumers are willing to buy T.fuciformis therapeutic products.And it is closely related to the functional effects of therapeutic products,their own health conditions,pay close attention to the information on the health,average monthly income,therapeutic products quality,attention of therapeutic products information,healthcare product brand,understanding of T.fuciformis nutrition function degree and degree of education,with all positively related(the relationship size from big to small).In addition,the price of therapeutic products was inversely related to the consumers' willingness to buy T.fuciformis therapeutic products.According to the measurement results and the existing problems in the T.fuciformis therapeutic industry in Gutian County,we put forward the strategy of raising the T.fuciformis industry from the diet perspective.It is suggested that it should strengthen the propaganda of the T.fuciformis culture,improve the scientific research and technology,develop the new diet products of the T.fuciformis,establish the international standard of T.fuciformis industry,fully integrated with the Internet+and provide preferential policies to attract talent,establish a think tanks.Under the background of modern agriculture,the cultivation mode of T.fuciformis is expected to develop further.The health industry of healing has the prospect of propaganda and development,and the processing and utilization direction has deep excavation space.
