Spatial Difference State-level Of Land Intensive Use Based On PSR Model In Nationl Evelopment Zone

“13th five-year plan” period is a critical period of China to build a moderately prosperous society,to accelerate the construction of socialist modernization,to accelerate the transformation of economic development,and to strive to improve the economic development of the effectiveness and quality.The development zone will play a leading and promoting role in the economy.But the land management of development zone is also facing many problems,inefficient and extensive use of land and disorderly expansion which exacerbate the contradiction between land supply and demand.At present,In order to realize the three strategic objectives of "ensuring food security,ensuring economic development and ensuring land security",we must strengthen the economical and intensive use and improve the land use efficiency of the development zone.Based on the results of intensive use evaluation of the fourth round of national development zones and P-S-R model framework,this paper builds an evaluation index system of intensive land use in national development zones,then it uses SPSS20.0 software and principal component analysis to evaluate land intensive use in development zones and analyzes the difference of land intensive use level in national level development zone in spatial scope.According to the analysis results,the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the intensive land use in the development zone.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Comprehensive utilization of land in national development zones: State-level development zones within the orderly development of land are timely supplied and the construction level is higher,in general,the development and utilization of the land are good.Simultaneously,the land use structure of the development zone is relatively reasonable and further optimized;(2)Spatial difference of land intensive use in national development zones: the characteristics of the industrial land in the development zone of eastern are the most obvious,its intensive use of the overall level is higher.The land use intensity of the development zone in the central region is better.The characteristics of industrial land use in the development zone are weaker.The overall land use efficiency is lower,the level of intensive use of northeast development zone need to be further strengthened.(3)The suggestion of intensive use of land in development zones:the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of defining development zone,implementing differentiated land use policy,perfecting evaluation system of intensive utilization,improving land use efficiency,popularizing typical land-saving experience and so on.
