At present,the science of enterprise management has stepped into the stage which has been applicated and researched in the enterprise culture.The functions of Corporate culture is guidance,cohesion,motivation,specification,etc.,and,it can’t be coppied.Generally,the theoretical circle believes that enterprise culture construction has becomed an important part of core competition for enterprise.For commercial Banks,enterprise culture also has the characteristics of service,integrity,risk-control and so on.But the enterprise cultural of each commercial bank has its own characteristics.Since the shares were listed on,NY bank integrated corporate and formed a complete set of core system for cultural concept.As a branch of NY bank,the enterprise sub culture of NY Bank NH branch not only follows the enterprise culture of NY Bank head office,but also has it’s own characteristics and unique advantages,which lead to good performance.After 30 years of accumulation,the enterprise sub culture of NY Bank NH branch improved a lot on the base of"Three levels"and "one common thread".Firstly,it established the culture of"leader" and " capacity" on spirit.Secondly,it formed the culture of"specification"and "Steadiness" on system,thirdly,it formed the culture of’precedence" and "first-rate" on behavior.The cultural concept of "people-oriented" is throughout the course of its development.Through the investigation and measurement of the enterprise sub culture of NY Bank NH branch,we can find that performance orientation is primary,and,control orientation and people orientation are subordinate.but,innovation-oriented is not enough.Employees expect the corporate culture which is dominated by people-oriented.The corporate culture which is dominated by performance-oriented will bring amount of stress.The measured result reflects that NY Bank NH branch performs more performance orientation but not people orientation or innovation orientation.lt failed to find the best balance between innovation and stringency.These disadvantages maybe become the barrier which impact the improvement of competitiveness for NY Bank NH branch.In the coming years,NY Bank NH branch will face the promotion opportunity of enterprise culture.These advantages include several factors.Firstly,president Xi puts forward the vision of "Chinase Dream".Secondly,NY Bank will pay more attentions to the construction of enterprise sub culture.At the same time,NY Bank NH branch is facing some new challenges.Such as"leader" sustainability issues,the contradiction between steady and innovation,the culture cohesion between the head office and the branch.In conclusion,this paper describes the ideas about the innovation and transformation of enterprise sub culture for NY Bank NH branch.Firstly,the enterprise sub culture management system of NY Bank NH branch should be reconstructed which provides the security for the system construction of enterprise culture.Secondly,in order to promote it’s soft competitiveness,NY Bank NH branch sublimates the enterprise culture.So as to achieve the improvments from "lead" to transcendence" in performance,from "first" to"original" in creativity,from economic man" to "social person" in people-oriented concept,from compliance" to risk control" in management control.Thirdly,the construction of the enterprise culture system will be pushed forward which provides institutional guarantee for promotion of the enterprise culture core concept.
