A Research Of Enterprise Culture Construction Of D Branch Of Industrials Bank

Enterprise culture is a strong spiritual pillar and power source to promote the development of an organization and enterprise,which plays an important role in improving the management level of enterprises,enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and deepening the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the advent of the Internet era,the rapid development of the Internet is profoundly affecting all aspects of human society,how to grasp the new characteristics of corporate culture construction under the internet age,how to adapt the enterprise culture construction to a new era,is the current theory and enterprise managers should think deeply about the problem.This paper takes the D branch of Industrials Bank of the author's work as an example,through summarizing the relevant theories of enterprise culture,to understand the characteristics of corporate culture in the internet era,and to systematically analyze the status quo of enterprise culture construction in Industrial Bank.Then,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper further probes into the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of Industrial Bank,and analyzes the importance of Internet to the construction of Commercial Bank's corporate culture,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction and innovation of enterprise culture of Industrial Bank in the light of the background of internet age.D branch of Industrials Bank has made some achievements in the process of enterprise culture construction,but it still has insufficient attention to the construction of enterprise culture,and the construction of enterprise culture is faced with unbalanced development,poor construction effect and so on.Especially in today's internet era,D branch of Industrials Bank has not enough innovation consciousness in the process of enterprise culture construction,not keeping up with the development of the internet age.Enterprises to survive,develop and even grow,we must put the enterprise culture construction in the first place,keep abreast of the pace of the times,adhere to the times,but also to adopt new thinking,new means to build a new,adapt to the social,market needs of the corporate culture system.Therefore,This research has the important reference value and the construction significance to the cultural construction and the enterprise internal management of the D branch of Industrials Bank,which has certain reference value to the construction of Chinese commercial Bank's enterprise culture.
