As the development of the security market,security market has been an important part of our economy.There are many deficiencies in Chinese security market compared to the matured overseas security market.The development of Chinese security market has only been more than 20 years history.During these more than 20 years,it faced quite a few significant events and became standardized increasingly.The age of exorbitant windfall ends due to high amount of new set up security companies,which brings stiff competition.In recent years,Stock broker business faced with an unprecedented challenge.On the one hand,intense market competition results in the low commission of broker business.On the other hand,the profit margin of broker business is squeezed to the edge because the market in the doldrums and inactive trading.In order to get through difficult situation,security company is urgent need of innovation,including products,systems,and market strategies.It is been a hot research on marketing strategies of broker business for a while.As the significant change of the operating environment,security companies change their business philosophy,including not only switching passive trading to active trading,but also exploring unique business module,all of which enhance the core competition of security companies.In 2013,the implement of new policy,such as easy set up outlets,open non on site account,also will have a tremendous impact on the core assets and business model of stock broker business and will be put traditional profit model to the test.Therefore,planning an infeasible way based on marketing theory for the security company itself has more realistic meaning.Also,it plays important role on enhancing brokers' all-in-encompass skills.This research bases on marketing theory,and makes due diligence on Q security company.First of all,it analyzes on marketing modules between domestic and overseas stock companies,discusses the influence on Q security Company afterwards and deeply analyzes the marketing current situation and problems of broker business on Q Security Company.Secondly,it also analyzes both inside and outside environment of Q security Company,and researches on its market positioning,products,market price and indicators for market group as well.According to the realistic situation,with fours aspects of broker business of Q Security Company,from product,price,place and promotion,it proposes the constructive strategies.Finally,it is aimed to set and improve Q security company competitive advantages and core competition.
