With the rapid development of our economy,the urban traffic problem is more and more serious in China,has become one of the important problems which restrict the development of the cities in our country,along with the urban population expansion speed,serious environmental pollution deepen,shortage of resources and so on had become one of the most important "bashing" city in the current,facing the world.Facing such a situation,the urban rail transportation by virtue of its unique characteristics to become the new darling of the public transport field by experts and scholars in pursuit of consistent,major cities across the country is off the climax of the approval of the construction of rail transit.Although cities in our country economy enters a fast development period,but the rail transit construction in our country is still at the primary stage of development,has not yet do a system as a whole in urban planning strategy planning,rail transportation both in the planning,construction,operation and management is usually carried out separately,and the implementation of general land use planning.Therefore,to explore the reasonable exploitation and intensive utilization of land along the rail transit can make the urban land use planning an rail transit planning has mutual promoting development,and ultimately achieve coordinated development of rail transit system and urban land system.Based on the above understanding,this article first introduces the related concepts and the basic theory of urban rail transit and land use.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between rail transit and land use.Then analyzed a series of the impact on the land use of urban rail transit system,including the urban rail transit system’s influence on the spatial pattern of urban land and improve the role of the land development intensity,and expounds the rail traffic to the nature of the land,the land value and role of a series of real estate value.And then made the fast orbit transportation construction in Guangzhou as an example,the first met on the Guangzhou land use and rail transit with the status quo from the macroscopic,and analysis of Guangzhou metro line 3 along the north extension line of land price out of the microscopic,and study the influence of the stimulation of the rail transit time by subway to downtown land used wich along the rail transit,the article analyzes the corridor effects of rail transit.Exploring rail transit site surrounding land use pattern,on the basis of full investigation of the status quo,put forward the land use along the rail transit strategy,mainly includes the general land use planning to form a body with rail transit planning planning,encourage the joint development of the government and private enterprises,strengthening the dynamic planning,with the implementation of the policies and regulations to ensure planning,put forward a constructive suggestion.
