| The quality of Account Receivable Management affects the financial conditions of the enterprise;a large overdue account receivable can take a huge risk to the operation of the enterprise.The cash flow of the enterprise will be in bad condition and even the enterprise will be in financial crisis if the management of the account receivable is out of control.Actually,Credit Sales is a two blade sword which can take a great sales or the huge amount may make the enterprise goes bankruptcy.Successful and unsuccessful of Account Receivables Management are everywhere in the operation of the enterprise,two examples are showed here.The first enterprise which is TC who is the only Chinese enterprise doing the whole series of power cable,cable research and development,and cable production,the enterprise was provided services to the National Gymnasium-Bird Nest,Olympic Village,East Pearl Tower and etc.Because of ignoring account receivables management,the enterprise was not as great as it should be.On the contrary,the enterprise S who owns 3 billion assets paid more attention to the increased account receivables and took actions on them which reduced the amount of the bad credit and made the amount of the account receivables under control.From these two cases,you can see the credit management is the most import tool for the Account Receivables Management.This thesis describes the theories of credit and credit management;define the concept of credit and credit management,function,objectives,contents and other issues.This thesis also describes the credit management in all business processes,and discusses the relationship between credit management and account receivables and the effects of the credit management to the account receivables.And then this thesis explains the existing problems on account receivables in the food industry base on the basic of theory of the account receivables.At the end,this thesis suggests to create an efficient account receivables management system through Entire Credit Management.At last this thesis provides some methods to avoid risks under the new account receivables management system.The outstanding feature of this thesis is built an account receivables management system to the Food Production Enterprise MC through analyzing the sales credit and entire credit management.The system can reduce the amount of the account receivables and reduce the rates of the bad credits.Through analyzing problems and solving problems of the Enterprise MC,this thesis provides some methods and experiences on account receivables management for the food industry.This thesis tend to management account receivables base on entire credit management and hope to give some other companies more instruction and advise on how to make a efficient account receivables management. |
