Exploration And Practice Of The Business Department System Of Small And Medium Commercial Banks

With several years’ development,China’s small and medium commercial banks have considerably developed,and have become an important component of China’s banking industry.However they also face a number of problems.At the same time,the business environment of small and medium commercial banks is changing significantly.The restriction of regulation,shareholder and market become increasingly stronger,larger banks reform fast,the financial environment becomes more market-oriented,professional and international.All these make small and medium commercial banks face a higher future demand.So how to ensure the sustainable development of small and medium commercial banks and to enhance the performance of the domestic becomes an urgent problem.Multidivision is an advanced,international organization,and able to adapt to the market changes.But no denying that the multidivision is not a perfect organization,it has both advantages and shortcomings.This paper combines theoretical and practical point of view,bases on the organizational structure of commercial banks,influencing factors,the basic type and multidivision,combines with the practical experience about the multidivision of BSB bank.I hope I am able to provide new ideas and methods for the multidivision reformation of China’s small and medium commercial banks.
