In the recent years, private enterprises started to rise in China by our Reform and Opening-up's through development. The private enterprises have become an important force of our country's economic increase. Because of private enterprises have strong developmental potential and competitive ability, they could develop so fast and most of the increasing companies are middle and small-sized enterprises. Though there are many of the enterprises, the rate of subrogation is faster. Most of the middle and small-sized enterprises are suffering due to they are short-lived. To find the essential reason, we can see the problem partly because the companies are facing a rising competition in the market environment, but more due to the management problems of themselves, such as the management mechanism has flaws, and lack of great administrative systems. Well these inside problems are caused by the enterprise organization structure'misfit.Organization structure was set up in the enterprise in order to ensure the efficient implementation of the organization target. Its advancement and rationality directly affects the efficiency of the business activities and competitive strength. Even on its survival and development. To those middle and small-sized private enterprises, deep and through research and discussion of middle and small-sized enterprises'organization structure's reforms will be the important condition to grantee the enterprises'further and more stable development. All strategies above have realistic meaning to the middle and small-sized private enterprises'sustainable development in new situation and new environment.This article introduces the development background of middle and small-sized private enterprises with their organization structure and their existing problems objectively. A real example of the company "HeXian" and its structure and its problem will be studied in the article and be discussed. A re-design of its organization structure was implemented to "HeXian", enterprise's profession, responsibility, interest and authority can an enterprise was planed and balanced efficiently, so as to employee, information and other elements can be composited and operated efficiently. It will help the company out of its stagnant situation and is useful for the development of other similar middle and small-sized private enterprises how to design the organizational structure efficiently in the developing process as well. More important thing is to strengthen cognition of essentiality of the organizational structure.
