Research On The Cultivation Of Migrant Workers' Human Capital

The total number of rural migrant workers in China has risen to 270 million which is a large radix number.With the continuous development of the economy,rural migrant workers have become a major force in the modernization project.It is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure that makes the continually enhancing requirement and gradually increasing demand for the comprehensive ability of migrant workers in the city.However,the quality of the whole migrant workers can not meet the city labor demand right now,which leads the problem of the"shortage of migrant workers" becomes seriously.That is to say,further research on migrant workers' human capital cultivation is extremely urgent.In the first place,an evolutionary game theory model makes the investment income of game analysis according to workers' human capital multiple subjects by using evolution game model.Firstly,build a game model.Secondly,analyze the evolution stability of dynamic system.Lastly,draw the conclusion through the gaming.And then it analyzes the current status of rural migrant workers and rural migrant workers' human capital cultivation and the problems existing in rural migrant workers' human capital cultivation and the reasons of the shortage of migrant workers'human capital cultivation from four aspects which are from government,society,enterprise and rural migrant workers through questionnaire data.It is done from four aspects to fully find the reason that migrant workers human capital cultivation is shortage:government's unclarity understanding and confusion of responsibilities towards the rural migrant workers,the unsound of the governments' funding mechanism;the imperfect social ministrant system,the misunderstand that enterprises treat the problem of the rural migrant workers,the time,income and thoughts of the rural migrant workers.At last,it is about the solutions to migrant workers' human capital cultivation.The author puts forward the corresponding solutions through the respective analysis of four aspects:rural migrant workers,government,society and enterprises,promote the rural migrant workers' quality,strengthen government's leadership,give publicity deeply,optimize the training system,give sufficient funds support.
