In recent years,as the technological innovation and the acceleration of the pace of life,Chinese food culture is undergoing revolutionary change,traditional foods are replaced gradually more and more by nutrition,fast,portable convenience foods.Nutrition,healthy and convenient food becomes people's daily diet.Making the family food marketing becomes food industry development trend.Faced with this trend,Hengfeng group should seize this opportunity,and bring the research strengths and the quality improvement of flour and flour food into full play,make the research of flour deep processing to achieve enterprise's improvement and produce new product continually.This article on the base of our country's current situation of flour milling industry and development trends analyses the Inner Mongolia Hengfeng group.If rapidly expand is wanted,it must not only strengthen the flour processing foundation,but also base on the local high quality wheat resources,develop positively the flour deep processing project and improve the added value of wheat,increase the extension of the wheat industry chain,improve enterprise's all aspects to against various risks;At the same time,in order to become an integrated and competitive strength economic entity,the enterprise also should follow diversification development path.By the analysis of Hengfeng group marketing problems,this paper advance that flour deep-processing is necessary.Through the study on product characters of Hengfeng Group,in combination with flour food market characters and consumer preference,the paper advance marketing strategy and specific mode of operation of Hengfeng group flour processing.The purpose is to improve the enterprise's overall competitiveness and promote the sustainable development.
