| As a result of the global economy sustaining downturn increase which is influenced by the global financial crisis and exchange rate rise of US Dollar,the appreciation of domestic currency RMB,as well as the increasing labor costs,fundamental shift in China’s export performance has happened.Since 2000,China gross export had been maintaining continuous annual double-digit increase.However,a new normal phenomenon of annual negative growth has occurred since 2015.With the continuous implementation of-Double Income for Urban and Rural Residents Plan raised by the Chinese Government in 2011,the national constuner income has increased,and domestic consumption upgrade has been increasingly clear.Imported commodities and foreign branded commodities are entering into Chinese market,with annually increasing market share.Foreign Trade Enterprises take advantage of its privilege on export business,which reflects in their experiences of products design,packaging and quality control gained through the cooperation on OEM and ODM service with international world-class customers.And the advantage of their international perspective to source quality commodities globally,as well as some resources of international payments.international logistics.With these advantages,how can these Foreign Trade Enterprises enter their domestic import commodity markets which are undergoing rapid growth?This feasibility is what this paper is exploring and researching on.In this paper,we set Jiangsu ZJHY Imp.&Exp.Co.,Ltd,who is specializing in the export business of oral care products,as the research object.In terms of enterprise features,advantages,market opportunities,market segmentation,product positioning of fast-moving consumer products(Oral Care Products),we are exploring the feasibility of obtaining domestic market share by own-created brand design,product selection and packaging,pricing,marketing channels selection. |
