A Research On The Strategy Of Financial Support On The Development Of Three Rurallssues:Take Yinzhou As Example

As the key elements of the social and economic development in our country,finance is the solid basis of the rapid economic development.Rural financial system is an important part of the financial system in China,which also plays a crucial role in supporting the process of economic development on "three rural issues".At present,agriculture in our country is in its important transition from traditional to modern,efficient type.This trend in agricultural will cause the new reform in the agricultural development.It will also promote the farmers' producing and living ways,the development mode of agricultural production and rural social changes and innovations.The central and local governments have issued and implemented a series of policies to support agriculture,which make the demands of "three rural issues" development on financial services become more diverse.Therefore,the rural financial system must be formulated in accordance with the party and the government's requirements of modern rural financial system,focusing on the historical theme of the agricultural modernization transformation,fully meeting the financial needs of agricultural industry modernization development,and strengthening the financial service for the development of the "three rural issues".Under the leadership of the central party committee and Zhejiang provincial party committee and government,Zhejiang Ningbo Yinzhou district always adheres to the scientific development concept as the instruction,balances urban and rural development,implements the plan for the new rural construction,and promotes the transformation of agriculture,increasing farmers' income,and rural development.The level of urban and rural areas as a whole development is in the front row of Zhejiang province.The rapid developments of rural economy of Yinzhou district are inseparable with the financial sector support.Using Yinzhou financial support to the "three rural issues" as an example,this paper analyses and summarizes the rural economic development situation of Yinzhou area,the present situation of the financial system and the basic situation of the financial support agriculture.Combining with the current status,it also analyses the main problems in the process of financial support agriculture as well as the causes of these problems.Finally,this paper gives the corresponding suggestions of the financial support to"three rural issues" economic developments in Yinzhou district.
