Studies On Issues Of Financial Support To Agriculture Under The Background Of The New Rural Construction In J District,S City

With the continuous and rapid development of economy, our country pays more and more attention on the on the development of agriculture, the construction of countryside and the farmers' living standard. In recent years, our country has increasing financial investment in the construction of new socialist countryside for solving the problem of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"' Take J area S city as an example. The finance support agriculture of J area S city has achieved positive effect,such as promoting the development of the agricultural, speeding the rural construction, and increasing the income level of farmers continuously. But there are many problems still existing in the finance support agriculture work of J area S city. Such as financial support agriculture management system is not perfect,financial support agriculture structure is unreasonable fund amount'is less, and the perfect performance evaluation system is deficient, etc. This paper analyses the current situation of financial support agriculture of J area S city, aims at the existing problem of financial support agriculture, combines with the advanced experience of financial support agriculture at home and abroad, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.This paper has six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance, research status at home and abroad, the main contents and basic methods. Next,the second chapter introduces the related concept and relevant theories of the new rural finance support agriculture background. And the basic situation and the situation of agricultural financial subsidies J area S city comes in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, the paper analyses the existing problems and reasons of agricultural financial subsidies of J area S city. And then, in the fifth chapter, this paper introduces the current situation of the finance support agriculture of our country and the advanced experience and reference of foreign finance supporting agriculture. At the last, chapter 6 combines the existing problems of J area S city with the advanced experience of financial support agriculture of domestic and foreign, puts forward the suggestions to improve the local financial support agriculture finally.
