Studies On Issues Of Financial Support To Agriculture Under The Background Of The New Rural Construction In The New Shenbei District

The new socialist countryside construction,as an important measure to address the problems facing China's agriculture,rural areas and farmers and to build a harmonious society,needs strong government financial support.Taking Shenbei New District as an example,the work of financial support for agriculture of Shenbei New District is still hard to adapt to the requirements of new countryside construction.The main promblems are as follows:the total funds for the financial support for agriculture is low;the structure is irrational;the mode is backward;the use of financial support for agriculture is inefficient;and the management system is incomplete and so on.This paper has researched on these issues and made an analysis of the causes of the problems resulting in financial country supporting policy,and then presents countermeasures and suggestions which can improve the fiscal policy of the new socialist countryside construction supported by Shenbei New District.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the research background and significance, main content and research methods.The second chapter introduces the status quo and the necessity of China's financial support for agriculture.The third chapter is the main problem of financial country supporting policy of Shenbei New District.This chapter mainly introduces the fundamental state and existing problems of financial support for agriculture of Shenbei New District.The fourth chapter makes an analysis of the causes of poor performance of financial country supporting policy of Shenbei New District and proposes countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the summery of the whole paper and also put forward suggestions which can improve the work of financial support for agriculture of Shenbei New District.Taking Shenbei New District as an example and combining with what the author has learned,this paper has investigated and researched on the problems existing in the development of financial support for agriculture in the process of new countryside construction of Shenbei New District. After the analysis of the causes,the paper proposes solutions and measuers.It offers informative basis of theory and values for the sound development of countryside economy of Shenbei New District under the background of new countryside construction.This paper has made some achievements,but because the author was lack of ability and time,there still exist shortage in the paper.
