Study On Labor Transaction Relation Between Peasant-workers And Private Enterprises

Peasant workers in China's industrialization and urbanization process have become the main body of the private enterprise employees.As a special group of our country,the labor relations of the peasant workers and the private enterprises are both contradictory and consistent.How to resolve the conflict and contradiction of labor relations between the two has become the focus of academic discussion.From the study on labor transaction relations between from peasant workers and private enterprises,analyze that the labor transaction efficiency and fairness between migrant workers and private enterprise are interrelated and interact on each other.In Marxist wage labor relations theory,transaction cost theory and employment equity theory as the foundation,summarizes elements of the labor transaction efficiency and fairness between migrant workers and private enterprises,in order to build measurement model and index system of the labor transaction efficiency and fairness between migrant workers and private enterprise.By the method of random sampling,the typical samples of Wuhan city in Hubei province were selected,and the peasant workers were investigated by questionnaires and typical cases of interviews.On the SPSS 19.0,analyze the situation of the labor transaction relations between migrant workers and private enterprises and correlations of the labor transaction efficiency and fairness between migrant workers and private enterprises.Then,draw the conclusion of the empirical research,and put forward to improve countermeasures and suggestions of the labor transaction efficiency and fairness between peasant workers and private enterprises.The main conclusion of the research includes:(1)the labor transaction between migrant workers and private enterprises is efficient and unfair on the whole;(2)Both are mutual connection,mutual restrict;(3)The labor asset specificity,labor transition uncertainty,labor transaction cost and labor contract governing structure have a significant influence on labor transaction fairness,while the minimum labor standard has a significant influence on labor transaction efficiency.The path are:(1)improve the peasant workers' labor asset specificity;(2)strengthen the regulation of enterprise performance appraisal;(3)improve the employment market system;(4)optimize labor contract transaction governance structure;(5)the strict implementation of the minimum labor standard system.
