Transaction Efficiency, Evolution Of Division Of Labor, And Research On The Upgrading Of My Country's Manufacturing Industry

The nineteen major reports of the party put forward that China should speed up the construction of a strong manufacturing country with a focus on "quality" and "efficiency".Although China's manufacturing industry has taken a seat in the international environment with the survival of the fittest since the reform and opening up forty years ago,the development level of China's manufacturing industry can not be compared with that of developed countries,especially in terms of economic efficiency and innovation ability.Distance.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress also points out that the future development of manufacturing industry in China should give priority to efficiency and promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry in China.Based on this,it is necessary to study the internal causes and mechanisms of manufacturing upgrading.The perspective and methods of early research may not explain the problem of industrial upgrading well.Therefore,this paper studies the upgrading of manufacturing industry from the perspective of division of labor evolution and transaction efficiency improvement.At the same time,based on the theory of division of labor in the political economy,the theory of division of labor in classical economics,neoclassical economics and new classical economics is used as a supplement.The internal mechanism of transaction efficiency and division of labor is analyzed,and the internal mechanism between vertical specialization and manufacturing industry height is analyzed.Then,the division of labor is the internal driving force for promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.From the perspective of division of labor and transaction efficiency,this paper studies the impact of division of labor and transaction efficiency on the upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.First,it introduces the division of labor theory to the development of classical economics division of labor theory.First,it puts forward the theory of division of labor.Labor division can improve labor productivity,but the division of labor is restricted by the market.On the basis of inheriting the theory of Smith's division of labor,it distinguishes the division of labor and social division of labor,and explains the relationship between division of labor and exchange.Yang Ge,a western economist,pointed out the shortcomings of the theory of "dense labor division".It put forward the concept of roundabout production,and pointed out that the market was also influenced by division of labor,and division of labor and market could interact with each other.Yang Xiaokai put forward the concept of transaction efficiency,and the efficiency of transaction depends on the size of transaction costs.They are negatively correlated,and the lower transaction costs,the higher the transaction efficiency,whereas vice versa.The higher transaction costs,the lower transaction efficiency.Transaction efficiency and division of labor are a dynamic evolution process.Secondly,the division of labor between the two major sectors mentioned by the Department will lead to the emergence of non productive sectors.The theory of roundabout production in western economics and the theory of value chain also point out that the division of labor will lead to the emergence of new departments.Division of labor can promote capital accumulation.Capital accumulation is positively correlated with the change process of capital organic composition.Endogenous technological progress and labor productivity increase.Therefore,manufacturing industry can develop towards high processing degree and technology intensive direction,thus promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry.On the level of empirical analysis,according to the connotation of manufacturing upgrading studied in this paper,the index of industrial structure upgrading of manufacturing industry is calculated,and on the basis of other scholars' research on transaction efficiency,the index of transaction efficiency is calculated.By constructing index system and establishing mathematical and physical model of variable intercept panel,it is verified that improving transaction efficiency and deepening division of labor can play a positive role in promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry.According to the empirical results,it is concluded that there are imbalances in the development of manufacturing industry among regions in China,and the development of manufacturing industry in the eastern region with high transaction efficiency is obviously superior to that in other regions.Therefore,the undesirable development of manufacturing industry in China can promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry by improving the efficiency of regional trade and the level of division of labor.
