An Empirical Study On The Contribution Rate Of City Land Intensive Use Of The Leading Business Area

Based on the leading business area of city land resources,as a social public building and commercial service engineering,is a comprehensive multi business platform business,finance,tourism,ecological land of natural attribute and social economy attribute combination,plays a very important role in the regional economy and the city land development.However,with the rapid development of city construction and development of the city,the land transaction volume continues to rise,serious loss of land reserves,land scarcity rate is not high many problems of city land resources.Therefore,how to ensure that the intensive use of land to enhance the efficiency in the limited land resources,to enhance the social necessary labor create value of the land,and realize the goal of sustainable development of economic growth and land resource coordination,this study is the topic of discussion.Leading business area and city land intensive use of the contribution rate of the study is to explore the dual goals of city economic development and combined with the realization of the intensive use of land of the city.Firstly,in the research results and the theoretical basis of the past,analysis of the construction of leading business area of the theory significance and the practice significance,clear positioning,leading business area of the function and influence of contradictions and problems,both at home and abroad and leading business area in the research field of land use review and summary.Then,the theoretical basis of the research on the construction of city land intensive use based on the contribution rate,land resource management,land use planning theory,land use sustainable development theory,land economics,based on the city land intensive use,the perfect theory system and guide the analysis.The case study method and then to the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,leading business area of social retail and real estate investment industry is set as the main object of study,the rate of city land intensive use of the contribution of quantitative research.Finally,from the relationship between the economic contribution rate of leading business area level interpretation of city land intensive use effect and the contribution rate of two,and the central business district and the city land development highlighted the problems put forward some suggestions.In this study,from the perspective of leading business area,for example demonstration through the development of the elements and the land use degree,help to improve the overall economic benefits of the city,the transformation of the mode of extensive utilization of resources,optimize the allocation of land resources and land use structure,promote the coordinated development of leading business area and the city land intensive use,interaction promote,between which is conducive to into leading business area and the city land use two mutually beneficial and win-win situation of open innovation.
