When the terahertz radar system detects and analyzes the difference frequency signal, the external noise has a great influence on the ranging level of the system. In response to this trouble,a variety of methods have been tried, and finally the terahertz radar signal detection method based on heuristic threshold denoising and adaptive stochastic resonance theory is determined by comparison. The simulation data shows that,at different measurement distances, compared with a single adaptive stochastic resonance system, the output signal has an average spectral increase of 2176.88 at different measurement points, and the average gain of the output signal-to-noise ratio is 0.118 d B.When the input amplitude is in the range of 0.1-0.5V,the average gain of the output SNR is 1.09175 d B.At the same time, the output SNR trend curve(logarithm)of the general adaptive SR system is calculated as y = 4.0985ln(x)-8.2865.The output SNR trend curve(logarithm)of the system based on heuristic threshold denoising and adaptive stochastic resonance theory is y = 1.9458ln(x)-3.8596,The curvature of the output SNR trend is smoother than the traditional terahertz adaptive SR system. The SNR gain is the highest when the amplitude is 0.1V,reaching 3.9623 d B.It proves that the newly designed terahertz radar system has a significant improvement in ranging capability and can be adapted to the measurement of noisy frequency signals with different amplitudes.
