The stochastic resonance theory was proposed in the1980s, then it was gradually developped and perfected, its essence is a nonlinear system,the input signal and the noise can create synergies, which occurred stochastic resonance phenomenon to achieve the purposes of the energy transfer from the noise into useful signal, ultimately. In this paper, we propose a new parameter bistable model to the problem of the original model, with the software analysis and hardware design of the core parts.Firstly, this paper simply introduces the principle of dynamic stochastic resonance current development and research at home and abroad, and the main content of this topic to be studied is drawn for the original classic bistable model problems.Secondly, we analyze the restriction on the input signal weak signal which exists in the classical bistable system. A signal modulation method is responded to this problem, and the classical model has been developed based on which. A new model of bistable system is established so that the system has a broader scope in engineering applications. The output Signal to Noise Ratio expression of the new bistable system is derived theoretically in this paper, analyzing the relationship between SNR and the changes noise intensity and the system parameters, which is compared with the classic model of a bistable system. The results show that the system reduces the requirements to the input signals in a certain range with adjusting the parameters of the system more specifically as compared with the classical bistable system.Thirdly, the system hardware circuit design and analysis are made. Several common Op-amp connection features were introduced. According to the new parameters bistable system models and the design of each module, the core hardware circuit is detected, and the effects of changes in system parameters on the input and output of the new bistable system are expounded. And the analog circuit output and software simulation output are compared, and the relationships and the differences between the two contactes are analyzed theoretically.Finally, the new parameters bistable system is summarized, and the advantages and deficiencies of the system are analyzed, while doing some outlook for further exploration and study.The innovation in this article lies we propose a new parameter bistable stochastic resonance model based on the of the original model, it has three major advantages compared with the original model;(1) the classical bistable stochastic resonance system has the output saturation characteristics, and model of the new bistable system can be adjusted by changing the parameters to reduce the effect of the output saturation characteristics;(2) it improve the existing method of detecting weak signal by the modulated stochastic resonance system, In particular, which increases the scanning step of the scanning signal by the method of djusting the parameters;(3) these two parameters adjusting are independent, that is to say one change has no effect on the other parameter. And it is analyzed and verified with the methods of theoretical analysis, software testing and simulation circuit. However, this model also has some shortcomings, such as the confined adjusted parameters values, which still needs the next improvement.
