With the rapid development of information and technology,Millimeter wave(MMW)detection and recognition technology plays an important role in the military and civilian fields,especially in the military background.Infrared and visible light detection technologies are greatly affected by environment,and MMW radiometers detection methods can effectively overcome these shortcomings.The characteristics of the MMW radiation characteristics of different targets in a typical background are obvious.At the same time,for the lack of radiation characteristics data of some targets,the modeling of the target radiation characteristics is deeply studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Basic principles of microwave radiation measurement is systematically introduced.Radiation characteristics of the sky and metal target model are derived.The sky and metal target radiation characteristics data will lay the foundation for the following research.(2)In order to distinguish targets from backgrounds effectively,the MMW radiation characteristics of typical ground objects are discussed.The complex permittivity,reflectivity,and radiant temperature of these targets are studied and the calculation formula is given.Using radiometer to collect the radiation characteristic data of the ground object in the test field,and then analyzing the data to verify the correctness of the model.(3)MMW technology is applied to detect targets on the water and monitor water environment.The target is detected and identified by the difference in radiation characteristics between the target and the water.And the radiation characteristics data of various targets are collected in the East Lake Basin of Wuhan.Theory and experiments show that the MMW detection technology can effectively complete the water environment monitoring.Studying the typical target and the background of the MMW radiation characteristics provides a scientific theoretical basis for the experiment.The experimental data acquisition effectively verifies the correctness of the model.The experiments combine theory with specific applications to provide more solutions to the problem solving,and provide effective theoretical and data support for further research and imaging of radiation characteristics of the target using millimeter wave technology.
