Passive millimeter wave imaging technology has gradually been widely used.Research on the polarization characteristics of millimeter-wave targets can obtain more information on the target.In this paper,multi-polarized radiation imaging images of complex targets are obtained by applying millimeter wave radiation image simulation technology.Mainly involved in the following aspects:Firstly,based on the target thermal radiation theory,the paper establishes the target millimeter wave radiation observation model.Then,a model of atmospheric millimeter wave radiation,a uniform and non-uniform ground media radiation,and a calculation model of metal media radiation are established.Based on these models,a millimeter wave radiation detection model of complex stereo targets is proposed in this study.Secondly,a millimeter-wave radiation bright temperature detection model for complex stereo targets is proposed.Building a millimeter wave radiation image simulation process framework.Using ray tracing as a technical means,modeling and analyzing the target of the observation scene,and dividing the facets.Considering multiple reflections of the radiated signal between the target facets,considering the factors such as the reflection of the radiation rays and the polarization rotation of the surface elements in the process of propagation.At the same time,the atmospheric attenuation and antenna effect of the radiation signal propagation are calculated,and finally the multi-polarized millimeter wave radiation imaging simulation image of the target can be obtained.Finally,using the simulation system,the millimeter wave radiation imaging image of the human body carrying the escaping hidden object model and the complex ship model is carried out.The millimeter wave radiation characteristics of the target under different linear polarization conditions are further analyzed.
