| HN Cable TV Network Group's radio and television network transmission service is an important channel through which the view of the Party and the government can be smoothly transmitted to thousands of households.With the arrival of 5G network,the entire radio and television industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.Through reading a large number of literatures,it is found that the study of the application of internal control in the radio and television industry in our country is relatively few.The study of the internal control of HN Cable TV Network Group can guarantee its sustainable development in the important period of the reform and upgrading of the radio and television industry,and at the same time add case basis for improving the research on internal control in the radio and television industry.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of normative research,case study and field investigation to conduct field investigation on HN Cable TV Network Group by means of field interviews,reading materials,walkthrough tests and other methods,and summarizes the current situation of HN Cable TV Network Group's internal control combined with the five elements of internal control,thus finding that HN Cable TV Network Group's internal control mainly has the following three problems: Development strategy is not timely;There are lack of control over subsidiaries;Risk management system is not sound;There is a loophole in inventory internal control.Based on the above-mentioned problems and reasons,this paper improves the internal control from the perspectives of the formulation and implementation of the development strategy,perfection of risk assessment the preparation of the inventory purchase plan,the supplier evaluation mechanism in the future,the selection of warehouses,and invoice transmission,Institutional strengthening of subsidiary company control.Finally,a conclusion is made in order to provide useful help for HN Cable TV Network Group's future development. |
