The Design And Implementation Of The Electronic Aided Bid Evaluation System For Communication Engineering Construction Projects

With the innovation and development of science and technology and the rapid development of social economy,the application level of communication technology is constantly improving,and the contents and fields involved in the construction of the industry have covered all kinds of communication projects in an all-round way.In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of the procurement link of the communication industry and solve the contradiction of fairness,justice,merit selection and efficiency in the traditional bidding mode,this paper puts forward an electronic auxiliary bid evaluation system.Based on the reality of the bid evaluation work of the communication construction project,the requirements of the bidding system are analyzed in detail by using the software engineering design idea and method,and the system function is realized by using VC6.0 tool and C language programming.This system uses the classical B / S(Browser / server)mode,integrated Web Service technology,XMPP transmission protocol,relying on SQL technology to complete the database,the design and development of the system.The following tasks are completed: firstly,the module of the product is built based on the requirement analysis,and then the functional architecture of the system is designed according to the basic functions of each module,and the architecture and data storage management mode are realized.The auxiliary bid evaluation system includes project manager module,evaluation expert module,administrator module,coordination module and other sub-functional modules.This paper is based on the theory and technical tools of software system design and development,and takes production management as the basis.Finally,the design and development of electronic auxiliary bidding management system is completed,which provides a more open,transparent and convenient information management tool for bidding work.After the design of the electronic auxiliary bid evaluation system,the function test and performance test of the system are carried out at first.The test results show that the auxiliary bid evaluation system can meet the needs of enterprise bidding management,stable performance and friendly user interface,improve the utilization rate of internal resources of bidding institutions,at the same time,improve the openness and transparency of bidding,promote competition,and ensure the fairness and openness of bidding.
