Research And Construction Of Yunnan Regional Cultural Tourism Service Platform

which digital and information technology are continuously integrated into people’s life,with the improvement of the level of the science and technology,tourism has also found a breakthrough in development and cultural tourism has apparent needs of the development,especially in western areas such as Yunnan province where are abundant resources of culture and tourism.However,it lacks advanced technical support such as virtual tour guides,virtual roaming,and the professional cultural tourism service platform to provide services.The present tourism service platform lacks profession for the future cultural tourism services and limits the development of cultural tourism.The present tourism-related standards are not targeted for the construction of cultural tourism service platforms,and will inevitably result in the waste of cultural tourism resources.The construction goal of this paper is to build a platform for the promotion of promotional culture and derivative cultural products.In response to the above problems,this paper focuses on the following research:(1)Collecting and collating relevant cultural tourism related materials,writing the Supplemental preparation for the platform of "Cultural Tourism Resource Interest Points(POI)and Road Collection Regulations" and “Cultural Tourism Resource Data Description Specification” based on the national tourism standards and the characteristics of cultural tourism.(2)According to the compiled norms and relevant standards,the cultural tourism data of mainly along the ancient tea-horse road in the Yunnan province,will be pre-processed,and the thematic layers will be produced,therefore the Yunnan regional cultural tourism database will be set up.(3)According to the needs of the platform,based on the completed cultural tourism database,combing with the key technologies required to design the Yunnan regional cultural tourism service platform,focusing on the map service open platform,writing code to achieve map location,display,retrieval,route planning and other functions;then design and implement POI background management system;research and implement function of the map publishing;secondary development of 3D image embedded in web;at the same time,design virtual display system and focus on writing code to achieve roaming special effects adding function.(4)displaying functions such as map service functions and personalized services based on the above research.The research results of this paper are integrated into the construction of regional cultural tourism comprehensive service platform in Yunnan.The platform has been basically realized and put into use,which has a certain reference value for the research of related cultural tourism services.
