Since 2005,the production mode of foreign reality shows has been combined with the domestic household furnishing and life service programs for the first time,which has achieved prominent viewership.Such life service TV programs have gained tremendous popularity among the domestic audience with great storytelling,practicality and certain degree of aestheticism.This trend has not only brought the audience a pleasant TV watching experience and good memory,but also prompted the positive development of the furnishing market.This paper focuses on the popular household furnishing reality shows aired on star TV channels from 2005 to 2019.By applying methodologies such as literature review,case analysis and field participation in TV programs,this paper aims to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the TV programs,conduct detailed analysis and research and comb through the time and type of domestic household furnishing TV programs.On the basis of the research findings,the author summarizes the features of such programs and examines their strategies and communication results by making large-scale setting and from the experience perspective while adopting the experiential communication theory.This paper attempts to provide some effective theoretical analysis and research for the development and dissemination of reality TV programs in our country,investigate the development path and mission of these programs and put forward some personal suggestions for their development.
