With the rapid development of digital technology,the traditional radar system development model with hardware as the core will be gradually replaced with the demand-driven developm,ent model with software technology as the core.The display and control terminal is a human-computer interaction module of software radar,which is of great significance to the research and application of software radar.This thesis first introduces the basic concept,development history and research status of radar terminal,and designs a software-based radar display and control terminal based on CPU and GPU heterogeneous platforms.Then according to the basic concept of software radar,it is divided into four software modules:terminal application,system function library,program function library and server application program.At the same time,it analyzes and compares the structure and computational capabilities of the CPU and GPU,and introduces the CUDA programming model,including the compilation method and software system.Then the key algorithm of the terminal is designed,mainly the target detection algorithm,MTI/MTD algorithm.The correctness was determined by matlab simulation,and then algorithms were implemented based on CPU and GPU respectively,and the results were analyzed and compared.Finally,the overall design and implementation of the software radar display and control terminal are carried out.According to the overall design requirements,the terminal system is decomposed into four modules:human-computer interaction module,communication module,data processing module,and information display module,and the module is designed and implemented.Based on the above work,a software-controlled radar remote control terminal running on a PC is completed.The combination of GPU computing capability and high-performance algorithms can meet the real-time and high-precision requirements of terminal data processing and display.
