With the growth of China's real estate market and infrastructure,the decoration market is becoming more and more huge.As the number of various renovation projects continues to increase,various additional information in the decoration process is also increasing.Faced with such a huge amount of information,traditional manual management methods have been unable to keep up with the needs of market development,which will not only cause confusion in the management of the company,but also cause a lot of waste and various expenses to increase manpower and material resources,thus affecting the The implementation of the renovation project and the management of the company.In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,home improvement companies must improve the efficiency of renovation projects,strengthen the effective management of various resources(such as goods,finances,people,etc.)in the decoration process,and establish various management related to the company's business.Institutions and work processes,therefore,a practical decoration management system is required to uniformly record and process the relevant information of the renovation project.This paper mainly discusses the business process planning,customer information collection,functional analysis of each department and relevant data filing of home decoration engineering based on decoration engineering information system analysis and development.Based on the analysis and confirmation of home decoration business process,this paper expounds the design of functional modules such as business process and requirements of different departments of decoration engineering information system and gives the design of home decoration engineering business process.The information system designed in this paper is developed based on the Spring framework,using Oracle as the back-end database,using Internet thinking to redesign the business process of the home improvement project,and comprehensively manage the process of the renovation project.In the design and implementation process of home improvement engineering information system,UML modeling technology is used to describe the system in detail.The object-oriented design pattern is used to design each module of the system,which improves the usability and scalability of the system.The establishment of decoration engineering information system is beneficial to the information management of home decoration project management system by means of modernization and informationization,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of information management in the decoration process.At the same time,it can also quickly query information and perform statistics according to conditions,so that the company can survive and develop better..The system is divided into engineering department subsystem,procurement department subsystem,finance department subsystem,design department subsystem and marketing department subsystem according to various departments within the company,so as to comprehensively finance the company's finance,decoration materials,personnel,decoration design,etc.Unified management makes the complex and heavy decoration management work become more standardized and efficient,greatly improving the viability and competitiveness of home improvement companies in society.
