Design And Implementation Of A Telecom Resource Value Analysis System

Telecom Resource Value Analysis System is a system which mainly analyzes the internal customer data and equipment resource data.The traditional analysis tool is not only a waste of manpower and time-consuming but also the huge consumption of Database resources and running costs.Accordingly,The Realization on the Systematization,Intelligence and Integration of data analysis system will minimize daily workload and shorten data demand response time.The system can exchange data with resource management system,work order comprehensive dispatching system and business acceptance system so that it will realize the unified data collection,unified analysis and unified reporting of the telecommunication data.The telecom resource value analysis system which will become the right helper of leadership decision-making,customer manager sales recommendation,user experience,engineer support analysis can completely replace the flow of the traditional departments’ mail forms.This paper is based on the idea of software engineering.The system which is more efficient and perfect is developed and designed according to the three steps of requirement analysis,system design and system realization with JAVA development tools.In this project,I independently completed the requirements analysis,overall design,detailed design and system-testing program.In this paper,the system is divided into several thematic functional modules which are designed in detail.The main Tasks are described as following:(1)System requirement analysis.This paper makes a long-term research on the traditional data requirement process and data analysis method of telecommunications,and combs out the shortcomings of the traditional process.On this basis,it will determine the function of the system combined with the new needs of decision-making leaders,front-line sales personnel,equipment maintenance personnel and the actual situation of telecom companies(2)System design.According to the results of requirement analysis,the system is divided into five key functional modules:user login module,dealing with user authentication and account management;government and enterprise construction evaluation,displaying large enterprise customer resource data;construction and maintenance analysis,revenue construction and maintenance multidimensional report display;optical utilization enhancement,demonstration of fiber optic resource data;network investment planning,display common user resource data.In addition the functions of the system are designed in detail,including the design of the system table structure,the design of the system framework and part of the system development.(3)System realization.This paper implements the test and on-line work of Telecom Resource Value Analysis system.Finally,general system functional test and performance test of modules are made,which confirm that subsystem is achieved the advanced design objective.The system which improves the efficiency of each department and reduced the data demand process node.has been well received by users.
