Design And Implementation Of Raw Material Acceptance System Based On Android System

With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the degree of industrialization,the demand for raw materials by large industrial enterprises has been increasing,and the quality of raw materials has also been higher.Through effective inspection and management of raw materials,it can reduce the waste of raw materials and improve the efficiency of raw material acceptance.Therefore,the establishment of a complete and reasonable enterprise raw material acceptance system is of great significance to the production and management of industrial manufacturing enterprises.After conducting research on the company,this paper completed the in-depth analysis of the acceptance management process of raw materials of Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Nangang Group),and fully understood the user needs of the raw material acceptance management system,through serious After careful study,the overall design framework of the system was determined.The Android platform system architecture,wireless monitoring transmission protocol,H.264 video compression standard,FFmpeg codec module and other technologies were analyzed and compared.Based on the Android platform,video surveillance,PHP server,MySQL were adopted.Database,Java language and other related technologies have designed and implemented the raw material acceptance system based on Android system of Nangang Group.The system implements the mobile client and completes the effective collection,monitoring,storage and management of relevant data during the raw material acceptance process,including:vehicle admission and unloading monitoring,planning material check,raw material inspection income library,etc.;The storage of related raw material information data and the management function of the system user role;the system function designed and implemented to effectively complete the enterprise raw material acceptance.Through the actual running test,the system shows that the module has complete functions,accurate data transmission,convenient and practical interface operation,and effectively meets the enterprise's requirements for raw material acceptance and later management,and achieves the system design goals.
