Design Of Crusher Control System Based On Online Particle Size Detection

With the further development of industrialization,smashing equipment is widely used in various fields.Ultrafine grinding technology,as a new type of comminution processing method,has attracted wide attention.However,the existing crusher control system mainly adopts artificial closed loop control,the parameters of the fineness control are complex,the process parameters are unstable,and it is easy to produce over comminution,and the traceability is poor.In this paper,the on-line particle size detection system can be used to feed back the advantages of real time cutting grain size and particle size distribution data,and design and develop a more automatic grinding machine control system with more automation degree,more stable process parameters of production process and more effective power consumption control in comminution process.To meet the needs of ultra-fine comminution engineering and market development trend.In this paper,from the process of ultramicro pulverizer,the related factors affecting the grain size of the crusher and the principle of equipment are deeply studied and expounded,and the parameters to control the grain size of the finished product are determined,including the speed of the classifier,the system air volume and the spindle speed.Based on the principle,the article elaborates the specific algorithm of product granularity control based on online granularity detection.The uncertain factors in the data acquisition in the practical engineering application and the influence on the other process parameters during the control of the control granularity parameters are considered,and the specific control solutions are put forward.The hardware system is designed on the basis of SIEMENS S7-200 SMART PLC,and the control method of the study is programmed,including the communication program,the control equation calculation subroutine for granularity control,the granularity control program,the comminution temperature control program,the comminution load control program and so on.According to the design of the article,the author developed a grinder control system based on online particle size detection,and debugged the actual engineering application,and achieved initial success.
