With the development of computer and network technology,digital management has gradually replaced the traditional manual management mode,become the new library management,but the traditional library system has simple function,single service and network use,it has been unable to meet the diversified needs of the users and the efficient use of resources of library science is the trend of development of modern library management system,therefore,to provide more timely and more personalized service to readers in the era of data,become the urgent need to solve the problem of the library.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the system,the paper did in-depth study of the library management system and the domestic situation of data mining application in library management system,and put forward the solutions to the research topics and issues,and finally completed the library management system based on data mining,mainly produced vast amounts of information available in the book by borrowing in the process of digging out the loan information behind the law,realized to provide personalized service for readers,provided decision support services for personnel management.This paper has completed two aspects of the work:(1)The paper finished in-depth analysis of system structure and function structure of library management system,analysis and design of the function of the system needs,design of the conceptual structure and logical structure of the database system,realized the basic functions of library management system with J2 EE technology,and introduced the implementation process of each module.(2)According to the characteristics of book information,the paper optimize Apriori algorithm of association rules,the optimization of algorithm is mainly after K-frequent itemsets,the removal of part of the non-frequent itemsets,which can avoid the combination of options,thereby reducing the times of scanning database,to improve the efficiency of data mining.The optimized Apriori algorithm is applied to the system,and the readers and books information in the database are mined.Finally,the mining results are applied to readers,providing the function of book recommendation.
