With the rapid development of mobile Internet and Internet of things,wireless communication technology is gradually developing to high frequency.The 60GHz communication has the advantages of wide available bandwidth,suitable for short distance transmission and fast transmission rate,which attracts the attention of many researchers at home and abroad.Based on micro-assembly techniques,the V band transmission frequency conversion channel in the form of hybrid integrated circuit is designed.First,this paper introduces the present situation of millimeter-wave communication and the typical transmitter structure.According to the requirement of the system,the local frequency doubling link,the IF channel and the whole transmitting frequency channel are designed.The system simulation is carried out by ADS simulation software.The result shows that the design scheme of this paper is feasible.Secondly,the frequency multiplier,mixer and amplifier of the active circuit in the transmitting frequency conversion channel are analyzed theoretically,and the appropriate chip is selected according to the design plan.The basic theory and technical indexes of passive circuit involved in the V band emission frequency channel are analyzed.On the basis of this,a hairpin local oscillator filter,based on the mode-cross-coupled SIW RF filter,the Wilkinson power dividers,the turning T-SIW power divider and the two-way power synthesis network with microstrip dual probe-waveguide transition structure is designed.Considering the isolation of the power divider,an improved SIW power divider with isolation resistance is designed in this paper.The improved SIW power divider,SIW RF filter,local oscillator filter and dual probe back to back processing structure are manufactured and tested.The measured results show that all the passive circuits satisfy the requirements of transmitting frequency conversion circuit.Finally,integrated the power circuit,IF circuit,multiplier and RF circuits for the transmission frequency conversion channel.Through the micro-assembly technology to complete the RF channel chip assembly and interconnection.The complete machine size is 66mm × 56mm × 19mm.After testing,it is concluded that the gain of the V band transmission channel designed in this paper is more than 38dB,and the output power is higher than 26.4dBm,which meets the requirement of the target.
