Power distribution network is a microwave passive network that can achieve power allocation or synthesis.It is widely used in microwave circuit systems such as antenna system and power amplifier.In order to pursue the miniaturization and broadband characteristics of power distribution network,based on a large number of researches on broadband power allocation technology and microwave multilayer circuit technology,this paper presents a microwave multilayer UWB power distribution network for UWB array antenna system,which is composed of UWB power divider and UWB directional coupler.First,the basic theory of the power divider and directional coupler is introduced,and the improved Wilkinson power divider and the 3dB coupling line directional coupler are analyzed.Then,the key technologies of microwave multilayer circuit are studied.Three kinds of vertical interconnect structures are modeled and simulated,and their transmission characteristics are verified.At the same time,the modeling and simulation of the slotting structure in stereo buried resistance technology is carried out,and the influence of the structure on the buried circuit is analyzed.Then,according to the theory of power divider,the 0.8GHz-10GHz planar UWB two power divider,four way power divider and eight power divider are designed respectively.Then,a microwave multilayer UWB power divider is designed by using the microwave multilayer circuit technology.The simulation results show that the S11 less than-15dB in the 0.8GHz-10GHz,and the insertion loss is greater than-10.2dB,and the size is reduced by 30%.Then the test results verify the feasibility of the design.Finally,according to the principle of coupled line directional coupler,a 0.8GHz-10GHz UWB coupler directional coupler is designed.Then,a microwave multilayer UWB directional coupler is designed by using microwave multilayer circuit technology.The simulation results show that the S11 is less than-16dB in the 0.8GHz-10GHz,and the port coupling degree is-3.5± 0.4 dB,and the size is reduced by 30%.Then the test results verify the feasibility of the design.In this paper,the microwave multilayer UWB power distribution network is studied,which is of positive significance for the application of microwave multilayer circuit technology in microwave system.
