Skeletal muscle tissue is an important organ that controls the posture and movement of the human body.Its pathological changes and exercise monitoring are of great significance to human health and normal life,especially professional sports training.Muscle fatigue If you continue to exercise without timely treatment,you may experience muscle fiber breakage or stress fractures,which seriously affect people's daily lives and sports training.The currently accepted definition of muscle fatigue is that,at a certain intensity level,the original physiological process cannot be maintained or the body is unable to maintain the set exercise intensity.Muscle fatigue can lead to decreased external work and decreased contractility.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor muscle fatigue status and prevent the occurrence of delayed muscle soreness during exercise.It is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of national fitness and improve the training level of athletes.In this paper,according to the imaging principle and imaging characteristics of B ultrasound,a set of fatigue detection and verification system for calf gastrocnemius muscles is designed to evaluate muscle fatigue status in real time.Specific research work includes:(1)Using ultrasound as a basis to study the theoretical model of ultrasound propagation in biological tissues,using high-frequency acoustic imaging to estimate the entropy value of ultrasound images of skeletal muscle tissue during exercise,and to evaluate the fatigue status of skeletal muscle tissue and synchronize with it.The surface electromyographic signals collected were compared.(2)Designing experimental movements for calf calf fatigue,and designing a fatigue assessment and verification system for calf muscle movement,and conducting an experimental study.(3)Analysis of experimental data:Firstly,the ultrasonic image entropy of the calf gastrocnemius muscles during the lifting process was fitted by least squares method,and then statistical processing was performed to analyze the weight of the subjects'weight,gender and individual difference on the slope of the entropy decline of the ultrasound images.Impact.The conclusions of this article include:(1)the relationship between the entropy of ultrasonic image and the fatigue of gastrocnemius:through the theoretical simulation,the morphological changes after the muscle fatigue will lead to the decrease of the entropy of the image,and the experiment shows that the entropy of the ultrasonic image will decrease with the progression of the Gastrocnemius after the heel of the gastrocnemius,and the root mean square value of the surface of the surface muscle electrical signal is increased to verify the muscle.The fatigue state of meat.(2)the relationship between the entropy drop slope of the muscle ultrasound image and the maximum random contraction torque during the fatigue process:the greater the maximum random contractile force,the greater the drop slope of the ultrasonic image entropy.The energy stored in the same person's muscles is certain,and the heel will consume muscle energy.When the shoulder is heavy,it can speed up the energy consumption of the muscles and make the muscles fatigue faster.(3)the relationship between the entropy drop slope of the different load and the ultrasonic image of the same subjects:a single factor ANOVA was used to show that the lower slope of the entropy of the ultrasonic image was basically the same as the Gastrocnemius Fatigue in the same subjects.(4)the relationship between the same load,the individual difference and the entropy drop slope of the ultrasonic image:statistical analysis shows that the gradient of the entropy of the gastrocnemius is independent of the gradient of the entropy of the gastrocnemius in the process of fatigue and is greatly influenced by the individual difference.(5)the relationship between the entropy drop slope and the surface electromyography signal in the fatigue process:with the increase of the load,the negative correlation of the male subjects increased significantly,the positive correlation of the female subjects increased,and the change was basically synchronized.The decrease slope of the entropy value of the ultrasonic image was replaced by the root mean square value of the surface electromyography signal.It is possible to assess muscle fatigue.The conclusions of this article provide non-invasive assessment of muscle fatigue.
