Design And Implementation Of The Undergraduate Thesis Management System

The popularization of online teaching and the inquiry of online achievements are the products of the positive integration of education and Internet technology in universities.,which undoubtedly greatly improves the efficiency and quality of teaching in colleges and universities.As four years of undergraduate graduation,thesis is a college student learning outcomes of the final threshold.The job of undergraduate course graduation thesis testing services,is the last shut to the personnel transfer to the society.The ability and efficiency of the university's undergraduate thesis management can be greatly improved.by a superior system,it is also convenient for interaction and communication between teachers and students,for students of selected topic,for the teacher of the opening,for the school management of logistics.Therefore,it is very important to design and implement an undergraduate thesis management system.This thesis adopts the idea of software engineering in designing and implementing the undergraduate thesis management system,We using this kind of thought to analyze the demand of the system,To design a system in whole and in detail,to design the database,to design,test and apply the system at least.The thesis divides the system into three subsystems by aiming at different needs of different users.The important activities of each subsystem are described in the form of useing case activity diagrams.The use cases of each subsystem are analyzed by using the use case description.Through the architecture diagram and network topology diagram,we show the integral design of the system.The various base classes of the subsystem are designed with class diagram descriptions.The analysis and design of the database are described by e-r graph.Finally,the whole system is developed and realized with the thought and method of software engineering.Through testing,the stable and good operation of the system is guaranteed.By dividing the management system of undergraduate thesis into students' thesis management subsystem,teacher theses management subsystem and administrator subsystem.To come true the function such as students' selection,withdrawal and uploading of theses,the teacher's opening,browsing and grading papers,the creation role of the administrator,theses reports and other functions.It can basically meets all the requirements of undergraduate theses management.The system can make a statistical distinction between the attributes in the paper class and can form different reports for administrators to read.The system is based on WebGUI and design in B/S,it also has a good visual interface,and the tree structure is used to visualize the function of the system,which is convenient for users to operate and use.At present,the design and implementation of the thesis management system has been applied.The system had completed the thesis management work of 413 students,and more than 70 teachers used the system to complete the thesis guidance task in spring semester of 2017.It got the unanimous praise from the class of and the teachers.
