Galvo scanning system is a kind of excellent vector scanning device,also an significantly basic equipment to achieve laser imaging,which has been widely used in the military,industry and life,mainly in frame scan imaging,laser positioning,and other fields.Due to the key factors which affecting the quality of laser imaging,such as scanning frequency,linearity and anti-interference characteristics of the scanning system,this paper had finished the following studies:(1)It finish that general scheme design of high speed scanning mirror control system,set up the overall scheme of control system for the performance requirement and actual demand of the mirror scanning system,analyzes the functions and control principle of various component parts,and then establishes the mathematical model of the controlled object;.(2)The simulation model was established in MATLAB,and the controller was designed with fuzzy PID,sliding mode variable structure and fuzzy sliding mode variable structure algorithm.By contrast analysis,fuzzy PID and PID control both have good control performance.The sliding mode variable structure control has stronger anti-perturbation performance,but it has a high frequency buffeting problem.The fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control algorithm is proposed,which preserves the good performance of the sliding mode variable structure algorithm,and also reduces the buffeting of the system.(3)According to the system requirements,a galvanometer control system based on STM32F407 is designed and the hardware circuit of the system is designed.In the hardware system,a detection method for detecting the position information of the galvanometer by the PSD photoelectric sensor and detecting the current signal by the precision resistor is designed,and the position current feedback link of the system is constituted.(4)According to the system's hardware conditions and algorithm design,modular design method is proposed to design all the modules of the galvanometer control system,which make up the software system of the high-speed galvanometer control system.Aiming at the control algorithm in this paper,the digital design of the algoritlum is studied.Finally,we made,debugged,analyzed and tested the principle prototype.Through the test we had found that the system test index basically meets the expected requirements,and has good control performance,which lays a solid foundation for further research on this subject.Aiming at the deficiencies in the system,the direction of further improvement has been put forward.
