| The interplay of technology and education can enhance the efficiency of educational informatization.Traditional grade management has a little of imperfection.It can’t fit the demand of the quickly development of education.Based on the practical situation of Kunming financial and trade school,it is necessary to set an useful system to solve the problems of traditional system.Such as low efficiency,being difficult to save for paper documents and updating and finding for slow.So I try to analyse the grade management system in this paper.The author clarified this paper from several aspects.They are background,significance,similar discussion and application of the grade management system.This paper comprehensively expounding the business problems which need to be work out,the organizational structure of unit,the business staff and the original business processes in the process of practical teaching management.And it recreated and optimized the business process.From the perspective of view of the system,we analyze the participants of the system,divide the user roles,use case diagrams and descriptions,and highlight the functions of the system.Then,the overall package diagram and the sub function package diagram are given,and the related functions are described.In the data analysis section,the control class diagram,the abbreviated class diagram and the entity class diagram are given.The database table analyzes and describes the data needed to implement the software function.Finally,I have completed system design and briefly reviewed some possible problems,then looked into the future. |
