The Overall Design Plan For The Special Exhibition Of The History Department Of Yunnan University

Special Exhibition is one of the most significant parts in museum representation,special exhibition also receives much attention from museum academic field as a window to foreign countries.Special exhibition and basic exhibition supplement each other and make each other possible.Frequent special exhibitions with unique characteristics would play an important role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.According to the design plan of History Museum Yunnan University,This paper aims to design a special exhibition with the theme 'immortal years--walk to department of history',which can enrich the content and form of the museum exhibition,and make the museum more fully functional.This paper will conduct the design as the following principles,first,define the relation between the content of the exhibition and the designers.The content of the exhibition is based on the existing historic documents and cultural relics,with proper art creation,reflects the intention and the style of the exhibition,and aims to reaching the goals of exhibition.Secondly,define the relation between exhibition and the space,since the special exhibition is held in a relatively small space,in order to promote the appeal of the special exhibition,diversify the forms of the exhibition with a variety of technological means.Last but not the least,define the relation between the special exhibition and work on other fields,a successful design shall cooperate with service concept,social education and working employers,and produce distinctive products with independent intellectual property rights by industrialization.Exhibition design should be an integral success instead of a partially success,and the integral success lies on the comprehensive and concerted development,give the foll play to the function of collecting,studying and education of museum.
