Broadcast media is an integral part of Chinese competitive media market.As the only dual-band radio broadcast in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,to explore the development of business management in the process of the media marketization is an important issue for us.At present,the existing strategy for radio stations in Inner Mongolia has been unable to meet the new business development situation,which requires Inner Mongolia People's radio stations to adjustand update marketing strategies based on current market requirements and utilysing its own advantages and characteristics,so as to get an invincible position in the new situation and in the fierce market competition.This article explained the change in radio marketing concept based on the theory of marketing,further analysed the operating characteristics of radio and marketing problems,and gave the corresponding marketing strategy for existing problems,namely,radio product strategy,pricing strategy of broadcasting,broadcasting channel strategy,promotional strategy for broadcasting and integrated marketing strategies.Integrated marketing strategy,especially in Inner Mongolia radio stations will make the future better way of marketing for reference. |
