With the accelerated development of the media,traditional media gets an unprecedented impact.On the one hand,the new mass media information for the audience to provide a wealth of content makes the audience get information becoming optional,on the other hand,the traditional media has long been relatively slowly developing,the relative audience demand changes little.The outbreak of the information age brought more opportunities to grasp the pulse of the market economy.The rapid development of the times is the primary task of every traditional media being considered.HLJ Radio as one of the traditional media-broadcast media,faced with the same problem.HLJ Radio is the first local radio in the history of New China National Radio,has been 60 years old.At the present,with News,Traffic,Life,Urban Women,Music,97 Channel,Country,Korean,Colleges,there are nine sets of professional channels,whose coverage across the province through radio waves,global coverage via web.Faced with competitors,facing the impact of new media,is also facing a clear philosophy.Target market segments,according to local conditions to develop marketing strategies to consolidate and stabilize market share,continue to develop.By analyzing the internal environment HLJ Radio survival and development,the external environment,through the program product,influence,financial condition and other aspects of the analysis,further clarified the status quo of marketing and market positioning HLJ radio stations,and the difference from the strategy,three aggregation strategy and cost leadership strategy,to give effective marketing strategy adjustment programs,as well as measures to ensure HLJ Radio marketing strategy implementation.
