The curriculum standard of compulsory education history(2011 edition)added the content of Western European medieval history,and put forward higher requirements for this part of teaching,reflecting the importance of Western European medieval history.Studying the medieval history of Western Europe on the one hand can broaden students' vision and help students to form a pluralistic and open world outlook;on the other hand,it also lays a foundation for students to further understand the modern history of the world.However,through the investigation of some teachers and students,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of Western European medieval history in junior middle school.First,some teachers should pay more attention to the teaching content and knowledge reserve;second,some teachers lack the integration of the teaching contents of Western European medieval history and the spiritual value of the teaching contents;third,the relevant contents of Western European medieval are too abstract and unfamiliar to students,students have a certain fear of difficulties;fourth,curriculum resources need to be further developed.In view of the above problems,the author tries to solve them from the following aspects: first,to integrate the textbook content and explore the spiritual value contained in the textbook content;second,to use the real examples of the existence of the Western European Middle Ages to make the abstract content vivid and concrete;third,to use the existing knowledge and life experience of the students to narrow the distance between the students and the knowledge,and stimulate the interest of learning;fourth,strengthen the development of relevant curriculum resources,in order to better apply in teaching. |
